Mr. Peeps Rental Terms:

TERMS OF RENTAL

Membership rules apply for rentals. Applicant acknowledges that rental items are due back at the date and time stated on the transaction receipt. There is additional rental charges if a member keeps a rental item up to 10 days beyond the pre-paid rental period. After 10 days beyond the due date, The Yukon Company d.b.a. Mr. Peeps will automatically convert the rental to a purchase on the 11th day and will charge the member the selling price for the item in effect at the time of the rental. In such an event, the applicant hereby authorizes Mr. Peeps Company to charge Applicant’s credit card for one day of rental PLUS the selling price for the item in effect at the time of the rental. The selling price is the retail price charged by Mr. Peeps if the product is sold as new on the first day of the rental. There are no returns. Mr. Peeps reserves the right to change these terms, generally and specifically with regard to this paragraph, at any time and without notice.

Applicant acknowledges that he/she has received and read a copy of the Terms of Rental. Applicant acknowledges and accepts full responsibility and guarantees payment for all items rented by him/her from Mr. Peeps. Applicant agrees that Mr. Peeps may pursue all avenues of collection, including the use of collection agencies, and authorizes Mr. Peeps to prepare and to submit credit card charges using any of the charge cards listed above to recover all charges and all other unpaid amounts due to (a) Member’s failure to timely return all items rented, (b) damages to returned items (not to exceed the retail price of the item), and (c) other unpaid charges and reasonable collection fees and legal fees resulting from the failure to return rented items. All rentals must be returned in good condition or a cleaning/buffing fee will be assessed.

REQUIREMENTS:

A valid, State Issued Id. or Drivers Lic.

A valid Visa or Master card issued in the name of applicant

A valid, Verifiable HOME or Cell PHONE number.
